| Abstract | A survey realized with the most productive paper producer companies in the Santa Catarina State (Brazil) note the innovation leading information sources are the producer-supplier and producer-user information exchange and the most considerable way to technological knowledge is buying machinery in both national and international markets. Those companies have neither R&D formalized structure nor permanent portion of annual income to this end, but does internal laboratory just for analysis and tests, as well engineer departments to solve practical problems. In these companies is possible to note different technological learning ways used as technological knowledge, emphasizing learning by doing learning by using and learning by interacting mechanisms. |
