| Abstract | This article aims to explain and analyse the psychological harassment at work and its relations with occupational health. The research theme is part of the traditional research of fundamental rights at work and the problem of research is to identify the concept of psychological harassment at work, and the requirements to characterize it, the concept of the right to health and how workplace bullying impacts health of worker. The research is descriptive and explanatory, documentary-bibliographical. The research concludes that workplace bullying constitutes an attack on the worker's right to health. |
