Abstract	Une is a municipality of Cundinamarca located to the southeast of the department, with approximately 9000 inhabitants in its totality. The municipality is direct provider of the public services of aqueduct, and waste Collection, of 1000 users located in the urban zone. Une Cundinamarca Public Service Office, is in charge of the provision of these services and It has presented shortcomings due to the lack of updating of the data, which has caused that the billing of the services present inconsistencies, solid waste collection routes are not efficient, generating in some areas the service is not provided. In addition to the absence of an optimal organizational structure that allows the good administrative functioning of this unit. By means of this degree work, proposals are presented for alternatives that allow the improvement of the aforementioned shortcomings in the provision of public services (waste collection and aqueduct), through the consolidation of a database in the geographic information system ArcGIS. For the analysis of information, two billing periods (January-February and March-April 2016) were used as basis. Alternatives were generated and recommendations were made for the improvement of the identified faults. Finally, the results, maps and recommendations were socialized with the officials of the Public Services Office of the municipality of Une, giving training on the management and use of the ArcGIS tool as well as the generated database.
