Abstract	The aim of this study is to propose, in general, the various challenge actions that our professional practice identifies as applicable to illegal decisions taken by general meeting shareholders of corporations, with particular emphasis on the particularities of the controversial judicial challenge action to the decisions, referred to in Articles 200 to 205 of the Law of General Commercial Companies.
