Abstract	The present work of Thesis is oriented to the deep study on the levels of recidivism of those juvenile offenders in crimes against life before the great criminal volume in the Peruvian society, looking for methods of effective prevention against juvenile delinquency as well as in its recidivism , Adapting their intervention to their own needs with a common and unified method of social reintegration. In our country, the Code of Minors of 1962, was the first rule that gave an organic treatment to minors who were in such a situation, although it is necessary to remember that the Penal Code of 1924 already contained specific rules applicable to minors Which infringed a criminal law. Thus, articles 137 to 149 and 410 to 416 contained provisions related to the treatment of juvenile offenders, the measures that could be applied and the jurisdiction to which they were subjected based on the basic postulates of the Situation Doctrine Irregular. In our Code of Children and Adolescents in Chapter III deals with the ADOLESCENT INFRACING of the criminal law, in its articles 183 to 192, concluding that the juvenile offender is one who has a conduct resulting from the failure of the individual and Seeks to adapt to the demands of the society in which it lives. Nowadays it is possible to affirm that juvenile delinquency is a phenomenon closely linked to each type of society and a reflection of the main characteristics of the same, reason why, if it is wanted to understand the phenomenon of delinquency it is essential to know what would be the factors that Influence the minor to violate the criminal law
