Abstract	Este trabalho buscou compreender a dinâmica do processo de atuacao do enfermeiro e da equipe de enfermagem no atendimento aos deficientes auditivos nos servicos de saude. Diante desta tematica, este estudo teve como objetivo conhecer a dinâmica de atendimento do enfermeiro e da equipe de enfermagem aos deficientes auditivos por meio de uma revisao sistematica da literatura. Os resultados revelam que uma das principais barreiras no atendimento e a escassez de enfermeiros com conhecimento em LIBRAS ou em outros metodos visuais que possam facilitar a comunicacao com pacientes portadores de deficiencia auditiva. Os autores apontam a necessidade da capacitacao dos profissionais de enfermagem e de incluir nos cursos de graduacao disciplinas que possam abordar esta tematica. THE NURSE AND THE NURSING TEAM IN HEALTHY DISABILITIES: SYSTEMATIC REVIEW OF LITERATURE This study aimed to understand the dynamics of the work of nurses and the nursing staff in the attendance of deaf in health care process. Given this theme, this study aimed to understand the dynamics of care of nurses and the nursing staff for the hearing impaired through a systematic literature review. Research shows that one of the main barriers in health care service is the shortage of nurses with knowledge in LIBRAS or other visual methods that may facilitate the communication with deaf patients. In this perspective, authors bring up the need of training the nursing staff and to include subjects in the graduation courses that may address this issue.
