| Abstract | A dispersion relation for long waves in strongly magnetized multifluid plasma in a curved spacetime is derived in a covariant form. A generally covariant form for the ray equations is obtained. The results are applicable to ray propagation in relativistic plasmas in the vicinity of strongly gravitating (black holes) or rapidly rotating (pulsars) systems. |
