| Abstract | Como consecuencia de la transformacion de las demandas del mercado laboral y el aumento de la exigencia de credenciales educativas, en los ultimos anos se ha producido en la Argentina, un incremento de la oferta de postgrados. La estrategia teorico metodologica es cualitativa. Con respecto a la seleccion de los casos,se esta trabajando con dos maestrias del area de las Ciencias Sociales y Humanas una presencial y otra virtual. Ambas otorgan el mismo titulo y se cursan en universidades nacionales. Los criterios para seleccionar los casos son: el genero y edad y su condicion de cursante o egresado. Se realizaran entrevistas semi estructuradas a alumnos y egresados de los dos tipos de maestrias. Actualmente se han realizado entrevistas a los directivos y algunos profesores de ambas maestrias. Los primeros resultados muestran respectoalamotivacionquelamayoriadelosalumnosllevanadelante la formacion de posgrado para mejorar su insercion profesional. En relacion a la organizacion del tiempo el cursado del mismo implica reducir el tiempo de otras actividades, generalmente el tiempo libre o la familia. Mayoritariamente los mas jovenes eligen la modalidad virtual. The methodologic theoretical strategy is qualitative. Respect to the selection of the cases, we are working with two masters of the area of Social and Human Sciences actual and a another virtual one. Both offer the same title and is attended in national universities. The criteria to select the cases are: the sort and age, and its condition of student or graduated. Semi structured interviews to students and graduated students of both types of masters will be realised. At the moment, have been realised some interviews to the directors and some professors of both masters. The first results show, respect to the motivation, that the majority of the students realises the postgraduate course formation,to improve their professional insertion. In relation to the organization of the time, the postgraduate course implies to reduce the time to other activities generally the freetime or time of the family.
