Abstract	The following article analyzes the Iberian Peninsula Synodal Legislation complied by the Synodicon Hispanum about the books. For studying purposes, the books are classified as: Confected by the Synods, acquired for having belonged to the Cathedral Chapter and to the parishes. They are fundamentally register books, much of them made at that time and still survived to the present day, Liturgical books, prayer books and for priestly and people’s formation.
