| Abstract | Based on the lack of interest and the poor academic performance. In order to have an effective interaction between English teaching and the use of Institutional technologies, for learning processes within a classroom in eighth grade. The Institution Nuevo Horizonte of Medellin, developed a study in which the information collected through surveys of teachers, students and parents, showed how poor the teaching process in learning English as a second language performance was. The root causes of the problem was in the lack of support of their parents and the low use of technology tools used by teachers. An interactive blog was developed following the curriculum, covering from period to period in which students where allowed to interact by themselves on the web with grammar, listening, reading, speaking, and writing subject links. With the suggestion of the new teaching tool use as a helper withing other fields of knowledge and also as a strategy to improve the Environmental Educational Project, ideas to increase in the Dynamics of Human Development and Learning Styles were left open for discussion. |
