| Abstract | Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Audit Internal (LPMAI), an internal auditing institution, is responsible in supervising and composing the quality management system, evaluating, and giving a promotion of academic functional positions. In order to ease LPMAI in dealing with the promotion, this study aims to develop a system called Sistem Kenaikan Jabatan Fungsional Akademik (JAFA) employing web based tagging method. The system has a user interface that allows user and administrator to have human-computer interaction. The interaction leads to a well organized data and the effectiveness of the human resources in LPMAI. This system functions also in monitoring the staffs in Universitas Kristen Satya Wacana’s (UKSW) surroundings. |
