Abstract	Inclusive education for the transformation of barriers to opportunities from the cultural patterns and social practices in Jose Antonio Galan I.E Township Iles Nariño The diversity is a social and universal category that influences on every human being. From the educative perspective, this category is shown through a variety of capacities of individuals. According to their learning styles, they also display large progress or barriers. Thus they are categorized as special needs learners. The purpose of the inclusive education is to develop some actions that turn those barriers into improvement opportunities in the scholar context. This process is carried out by taking into account some cultural patterns and social activities that promote this process in the school Institution Educative Jose Antonio Galán, which is located in Iles, Nariño. At first, a quantitative technique was used as part of the methodology as well as a qualitative approach in the following steps. Through this methodology it was possible to measure the range of the inclusion process developed by the Ministry of Education. Some focus groups were conformed as a qualitative tool. From those groups we could identify some meaningful positions that provide us some emerging subcategories: Educative Inclusion vs Inclusive education; and special needs in education vs participation and learning barriers. The results demonstrate the need of an inclusive education program that includes the right of equal treatment, participation and quality of education; and the recognition of diversity among all the members that this processes involve.
