| Abstract | The study went on to analyze the Mobbing and its influence on assertiveness Department of Health and Environment Municipality of Guaranda based on field research and bibliographic documentary. Worked with a sample of forty employees and the data obtained were achieved through the application of two standardized scales for each variable: Individual Questionnaire on mobbing, Denial, Stigma and Rejection in Social Organizations and multidimensional scale of assertiveness (EMA). It was decided to perform the correlation of variables with Pearson's R as both scales handle several dimensions shed do sub-variables in their results and not a single global, each to relate corroborate that while there was no direct relationship between the two premises, but it was found that one of the indicators for each level respectively (number-Bullying Strategies and Assertiveness NEAP) had a low positive significant correlation in simple terms suggesting that the lower rate of bullying strategies be more assertive on the worker. Besides the presence of a high level of psychological harassment in the institution especially exercised boss-subordinate and to a lesser degree of peer to peer is found. The great lacks of assertiveness skills in psychological battery exposed suggest that treatment of employees is aggressive and submissive type, so that there is a high rate of bias in the communication subject to conflicts tend to cause wear in group relations and increase cooperation to reduce individual work and therefore production declines, it increases the pressure of institutional managers negatively fed back to the workforce. |
