| Abstract | Because of the cost benefit to the allocation of municipal solid waste landfills is widely used. In the procedure performed in landfills which is done by grounding the waste comes from the decomposition of these products of this decomposition are generated leachate and biogas. The leachate is a chemical mixture that has a highly polluting nature, a compatible treatment is necessary. The formation of leachate is part of the operation of landfills for many years. Landfills concomitant treatment plants effluents of these landfills receive the influence of meteorological elements, since they are subjected to the environment. Due to these facts, this paper refers to the evaluation of the influence of meteorological factors, rainfall and temperature, the variation of the organic load related to the volume of leachate generated in the Lajeado / RS. The study objective assessment of this aid the design and operation of these ETE. For the realization of this assessment monitoring the flow of leachate, the variation in organic loading through laboratory chemical analyzes physical and meteorological elements for three months with the use of an automated flow meter, one rain gauge was performed, and the Center of Meteorological Information UNIVATES. Being able to observe that there is no significant influence of rainfall on the flow of leachate due to measurements performed locally at the study site. While the temperature was directly influential on the flow of the leachate, it was observed that there is very considerable changes in the parameters of the elements that are obtained through chemical-physical analyzes. |
