The process of bringing the concept 'Genocide' up to date was time-consuming and costly and faced some difficulties and challenges. His author, Rafael Lemkin, has devoted his life to define and prohibit genocide at the international level. Michael Mann said: "The genocide is the most terrible of human rights violations and the most extreme form of racial discrimination and intolerance"[1]. Over the years, the multiple acts of genocide throughout the world left millions of victims due to its devastating impact. |
