| Abstract | Este artigo discute as tensoes, encontros e desencontros entre as variadas formas de expressao da Capoeira, ou seja, os conflitos que se manifestam por conta da pluralidade existente no campo da Capoeira. Neste sentido, a Capoeira e entendida como ‘campo social’, conceito desenvolvido por Pierre Bourdieu (1996) e discutido neste texto. Pretendemos ampliar o conhecimento relacionado a Capoeira e o uso de revistas como fontes. As leituras das revistas foram feitas a partir dos conceitos de “lugar social” (1982) e “estrategia” (1998), de Michel de Certeau; ja o recorte especifico, que foi as entrevistas, foi ponderada a partir do conceito de “campo social” de Pierre Bourdieu (1996). ABSTRACT This article discusses the tensions, meetings and disagreements between the various forms of expression of Capoeira, that is, the conflicts that are manifested by the Plurality in the field of Capoeira. In this sense, Capoeira is understood as 'social field', a concept developed by Pierre Bourdieu (1996) and discussed in this text. We intend to expand the knowledge related to Capoeira and the use of magazines as sources. The journals will be analyzed from the concepts of "social place" (1982) and "strategy" (1998), by Michel de Certeau; Already Capoeira, will be considered from the concept of "social field" of Pierre Bourdieu (1996).
