| Abstract | The high incidence of unexplained low back pain and often with no significant clinical evolution have been intrigued the researchers, and motivate to look for biopsychosocial approach the sources of the low back derangements once this condition can be associated with factors that are not just purely physical, but associated with psychological and social factors. This point of view can help to elaborate more effective physical therapy interventions to this population. This study has the objective to approach the biopsychosocial aspects for chronic low back pain, as well as your possible therapeutic interventions approaches from a literature review. The studies presented different physical therapy approaches through subgroups treatments, physical resourses, and psychologic treatments as well, like the cognitive behavioral therapy, brief cognitive therapy and multidisciplinary treatments.
