| Abstract | The civil construction industry has made progress in recent times, both in technology and in the commercialization and management of its projects. Implementation of traditional logistics concepts, reverse logistics and some 5s concepts in civil construction, tends to grow, increasing competitiveness among companies. This article has the general objective of studying the possibility of implementing reverse logistics in civil construction in a company in Manaus-AM. For this purpose, techniques for reusing materials were indicated, demonstrating the costs of material waste, applying reverse logistics to the works, using all theoretical and practical procedures, such as the sorting of residues that can be reused, recycled or give a correct destination to the unused residues in the construction sites, where you can also form partnerships with cooperatives and society, aiming to have benefits of sustainable and economical way. It is observed that with the implementation of reverse logistics it is possible to achieve significant improvements with the reuse of recyclable materials and cost reduction. |
