| Abstract | This paper deals with the estimation of the propagation of a dispersive wave from a seismic profile. Compared with classical methods which are based on time-frequency representations or time-velocity representations, we propose another way by designing a timefrequency-velocity representation. This analysis costs more in term of computation, however, it allows to separate waves using time, frequency and velocity variables. The key point of the method is in the modelisation of the propagation by a double correction phase shift plus delay around each frequency. A comparison on a complex synthetic profile between classical methods and the proposed method is presented. |
