| Abstract | Speaking of ethics today is to talk about the essence of life itself and all aspects of coverage, because this issue is directly involved with the very life and work of individuals, which directly impacts on society from the familiar, the organizational, economic, political and cultural. Of course, ethics is also part of the administrative field and the actions of managers trained in that discipline. However, this aspect does not seem to have the same relevance of other concepts and criteria generating administrative proceedings that often can be profitable without necessarily being mediated by ethical values. This problem seems to stem in part on the type of training that managers receive in the powers of administration and business schools where, despite much talk about the ethical problems seems to be no cross forming on staying all ethical skills exclusively in the speech. Therefore applied research that arises aims to design an evaluation model of ethical competencies administrators (Mecea) to identify the competences that those called to be managers of the country organizations and applicable to students from past semesters and / or graduates of the program management in determining ethical competencies that have been formed through management programs. |
