| Abstract | Este artigo visa aprofundar o debate teorico acerca das relacoes entre imagem e memoria, a partir de uma reflexao sobre experiencias de pesquisa mediada pela producao de filmes etnograficos entre grupos de trabalhadores. Reflito sobre o filme como meio privilegiado na realizacao de etnografias da duracao, retomando o debate sobre as formas de conceber as relacoes entre antropologia e historia. Palavras-chave: Imagem. Past-present in memory of workers: Image and presence in ethnographic film Abstract This article seeks to deepen the theoretical debate about the relationship between image and memory, from a research experience mediated by the production of ethnographic films between workers groups. I reflect about the film as a privileged means to conduct ethnographies of duration, resuming the debate on ways of conceiving the relationships between anthropology and history. Key-words: Image.
