| Abstract | This article aims to contextualize concepts of human, fundamental and labor rights before the inter - American system of human rights – AHRS. The intention was to demonstrate that the scope of the work integrates basic rights of the human being and that the cases (so called by the AHRS itself) that involve disrespect to labor rights also have legitimacy to be brought to the forefront of the Inter-American Committee on Human Rights – IACHR. In today's multiglobalized and dynamic society, new perspectives are introduced in the context of labor relations at all times, so the possibility of using more enforcement mechanisms to guarantee minimum rights already consolidated is of great value. The research used the deductive and historical-bibliographic methodologies to understand the contextualization of the mentioned rights, which is the natural path of the evolution of values in the labor relationship, and the possibility of guaranteeing labor rights by the AHRS, resulting in greater security for employees and employers, with positive effects in every society. |
