La conclusion de nuestro analisis es que la influencia real de la neurociencia es mucho mas modesta que los que buena parte de los neurocientificos consideran. EnglishIn this paper we study, from a critical perspective, the impact that neuroscience has had on criminal law. The conclusion of our analysis is that neuroscience's real influence is much more modest then what a fair number of neuroscientists think.
