Abstract	At February 19, 2007, a reform on the French Constitution of October 4, 1958, has been made, which modifies the article 68th. From then, in France, there exists the possibility of to remove the President of the Republic. This is considered as a political responsibility. In France, the President of the Republic is elected around universal and secret suffrage. Nonetheless, in spite of the reform, the people is not who it pronounces about the destitution of the President of the Republic rather the French national legislature. The people is not notified rather in order to the instant of to implement anticipated presidential elections, which are originated as consequence of the destitution of the president.
