| Abstract | The Recogiendo Semillitas Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated a shaping vulnerable children from 0 to 12 years, through lunch programs, kinder garden and some learning courses. After the diagnosis of the Foundation, the main problem lies in the lack of strategic planning, and that do not have a defined structure, processes or processes map to achieve their objectives. To solve the problem described above, it has raised the following question: How would the model of Strategic Planning for The Foundation Recogiendo Semillitas in 2016? The development of this project has as general objective: Creating the Strategic Planning of the Foundation Recogiendo Semillitas in the first half of 2016, in order to give them some bases for future growth. The specific objectives are Internal and external analysis of the Foundation, determine processes and procedures, and create the process map of them. The qualitative approach of both primary secondary supplies are used as a research methodology. Interviews were conducted and observation for data collection, the processes were created in Flow charts and List with their respective comments and a Process Map of the Foundation was created. |
