| Abstract | Victims of conflict in Colombia have rights as repair to compensate all suffered during the armed conflict. To achieve true reconciliation , the right of victims to be carried out thoroughly and more rewarding way possible. In Colombia this model has been developed through the laws 975 of 2005 and 1448 of 2011, both have been supplemented to achieve the goal of repair. From this, an analysis was made as a result leaves that despite not being a perfect model of repair if it is a great initiative that operates and manages to start these processes. |
