Companies must demonstrate that decisions are not arbitrary but rather that they follow established procedures. Hence, they need an auditable record of decisions and a defined decision process. Traditional business intelligence (BI) does not address these issues. Decision-centric BI (DCBI) is a response to meet these needs. |
