Abstract	Surrogated motherhood is a technique used to comply with the desire of delivering a child. However, this practise is carried out with the collaboration of another woman who provides her own body to fulfil this function. In the last decades this industry is at its highest point thanks, to a great extent, to the task that the lobbies of this activity are performing between both legislators and people.
