| Abstract | Confecciones Gaudy is created in Pereira, Risaralda, for 1992 as a company that makes clothing for children. Years later, thanks to the need for this product, the owner of the company decides to expand its product range for more coverage. This undoubtedly leads to the growth in demand, helped by booming textile sector and the constant changes in trends with respect to fashion. Confecciones Gaudy is a small private company and the common system, which functions as factory in the area of clothing for others, this company specializes in the design and manufacture of shirts and tees for men. Currently the company does not have an occupational health program, nor does it have a good distribution plan which ensures the optimum development of the activities carried out there, therefore seeks to make an analysis of all risk factors and working conditions are directly linked to occupational health and level of risk weighting and thus to establish a reliable picture of the measures that must be taken to ensure the best health and hygiene conditions of all workers covered by this study. Been analyzed and weighted major risk factors in all matters pertaining to occupational health in the physical plant, we proceed to general improvement alternatives that generate added value for health of workers and all preventive measures required to ensure safe working conditions. |
