Abstract	The present work aims to analyze the hermeneutic changes brought by the Labor Reform of 2017 and how they influence the interpretive activity of Labor Justice. To do so, a brief analysis of Law no. 13.467 / 2017, bringing a critical view on the legislative changes, their justifications and procedure, and also the political and economic context in which they are inserted. Subsequently, a study on Classical Hermeneutics, its Schools and methods, and on the Hermeneutics of Pre-Reform Work, focusing on the hierarchy of normative sources and labor principles, is proposed, aiming to subsidize the following chapters. Consequently, it focuses specifically on the hermeneutic changes brought about by the reform in the scope of labor law, demonstrating which are the articles that will most influence in the interpretative and integrative process of the applicator of the law and its consequences for the principles and normative pyramid of Labor Law. Proving that there were hermeneutic changes and defending the application of the study of these changes to the interpretive activity of the Labor Justice, aiming to establish how it will be part of the challenge to apply the new legislation, respecting the whole normative and axiological framework of a systemic and harmonic ordering.
