Diagnosis is problematic and laboratory findings aren’t specific. The selected treatment is removing the mass completely by surgery. Case Presentation: The case was a 32 years old woman who, following diagnosis of primary infertility cause and without any other biological symptoms after MRI with probable diagnosis of hydatid cysts or multiple abdominal cysts was undertaken laparotomy. In the laparotomy, different serocyst adenoma with various sizes that was developed from in the half right of pelvic up to liver edge was observed and removed thereafter. The study confirmed the benign histopathologic mesothelioma. Conclusion: The benign mesothelioma should be taken into account in the diagnosis of pelvic cystic masses including hydatid cyst . |
