Abstract	Chinese traditional culture has a long history. The long cultural history of 5000 years has made our country a bright pearl in the world history. Nowadays, the prosperity and development of our country need to strengthen the construction of talents. The most important thing is to make the main source group of talents: College students, whose ideological construction is very important. We should integrate the essence of Chinese traditional culture into the ideological and political education of college students, and deeply embody the traditional Chinese spiritual culture in the spirit of college students.
