Abstract	Quality control is a measurement of product performance, comparing with product standards and specifications, and perform corrective actions when there are irregularities. Quality control is an activity to ascertain whether the policy in terms of quality (standards) can be reflected in the final result. In other words quality control is an effort to maintain the quality of the goods produced, to conform to product specifications that have been established in accordance with the policy of the management company. In the palm oil company PT SOCFIN INDONESIA to produce crude palm oil or CPO (crude palm oil) this company has several quality requirements three of them are free fatty acid (FFA), moisture content, and dirt content ( Impurities) to see if these three quality requirements in accordance with product specifications are expected to conduct research by the method SQC (statistical quality control). Statistical quality control is the use of statistical methods to collect and analyze data in determining and supervising product quality. The statistical methods used in this study are control and R maps and determine the value of process capability ( ) and Cpk value with USL and LSL that has been established company. In this final project the quality factor that is free fatty acid content and water content have value , Cpk <1 this means very low process capability and production process still produce product not yet according to specification, but at dirt value value> 1.33 and Cpk <1 This means the process capability is very good but the production process still produces products that are not in accordance with the specifications.
