| Abstract | Distributor “El Mundo del Panal” is a proud Ecuadorian company dedicated to the distribution of products for children, the elderly, items for personal hygiene for households and institutions. The Company was established in January 1997, its founders were Mr. Ahmed Masoud and Mrs. Pilar Rundo. His legal representative and CEO is Mr. Ahmed El Sayed Masoud Hiba. The proposal for the creation of an improvement plan began after making a general assessment of the company, which evidenced several aspects that require actions that would allow a better development of the company. In turn, there were several aspects that could encourage an increase in profitability of the company. Some of the most remarkable milestones of the company are: its broad experience with 19 years in this business, recognition of suppliers, the range of distribution and creating their own sales point. The most important external factors for the company are: market trends that show increases in demand of products that the company offers, growth in the birth rate, and the output of smaller competitors. The main threat is the current political situation, the constant changes in different aspects discourages the growth of domestic enterprises. Through various types of research, it has been determined that there is a large market that is becoming increasingly more demanding and most companies are not in the seeking to find ways to improve their performance or innovation. As a result, the majority of companies have the tendency to copy their competitors and have started wars that ultimately only benefits the final consumer. Similarly, the research helped us to understand several of the demands customers have and haven do not been taken into account that is a big help to boost sales and efficiency for the company. The overall objective is based on having a company growth and increase profitability, several objectives as detailed technological innovation, increase the efficiency of internal work and improve the level of customer satisfaction. In order to meet these objectives, strategies to improve the inventory system, perform analysis of inventory turnover, implementation of the Human Resources department, and increase the outlets of the company were used. The financial evaluation pointed out that like the rest of the markets, in general, the company experienced an important sales shortage, which has caused that many financial indicators of the company are not very encouraging and have tendencies to go against future aspirations. The analysis yielded results that confirm the feasibility of the project and the significant growth that the company may have in the short term, medium and long term by implementing the proposed improvement plan. |
