| Abstract | Este trabajo se propone reconstruir el mapa historico de la situacion en el mundo del trabajo por medio de una genealogia de los dispositivos de control sobre la fuerza de trabajo desde el siglo XVII hasta los actuales tiempos denominados la ‘era del emprendimiento’. Para ello, se propone un analisis de los discursos de los textos de los gurus del management en las que se refleje la evolucion del pensamiento managerial hasta las nuevas estrategias de control sobre la fuerza de trabajo. Title: Genealogy of control devices and discipline over work force from XVII century Abstract: The article presented here is based on an empirical research project whose main objective was to rebuild the historical map of the situation in the world of work , in which we propose to study the genealogy of the control devices on the strength of working from the seventeenth century to the present day called the 'age of entrepreneurship ' . To do this, an analysis of texts of speeches by management gurus in the evolution of managerial thinking to reflect the new strategies of control over the labor force is proposed. |
