| Abstract | The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between time management and burnout syndrome in the Faculty of Education of the National University José Faustino Sánchez Carrión, 2017. The type of research is basic descriptive and correlational in nature. The research design was non-experimental type: cross-cutting. The sample was constituted by the total of administrative workers 50 and 70 teachers. Technique: poll, instrument: questionnaire of How do your spend your time and burnout ́s syndrome. With the information gathered was obtained the construct validity and reliability of the instrument, using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS), version 22. Attached table of reliability and the construct validity of the instrument; We used the non-parametric Spearman Rho Statistician, because of the categorical qualitative variables. Level of significance of 0.05. It was concluded that the dimensions of time management, relate significantly moderate, moderate strong and strong; With Burnout's syndrome. |
