| Abstract | In this paper, we report on the transport properties of nanostructured boron doped diamond thin films. The nanostructures made from polycrystalline boron doped diamond show clear evidence of superconductivity with critical temperatures in the Kelvin range and critical field in the Tesla range. Such robust superconducting properties in these superhard materials make them promising candidates for superconducting nanoelectromechanical systems. |
