| Abstract | Today many university standing in different areas with different types of courses in each faculty, this causes of competition in the search for the students to be more complex. Many students who fall into at least one faculty to be important and needs to be managed. One of the efforts is to carry out promotional activities, promotional activities required to support knowledge capture to record and document the existing knowledge into strategies to attract students. To maximize the capturing process knowledge can be used approach Soft Systems Methodology. The purpose of this study is to make modeling and will be the end result to facilitate the process of catching and documenting knowledge of promotional activities, so the impact on the quality of faculty promotion activities. |
