Abstract	The tendency towards internationalization of commerce involves a reconsideration of the theories of competitive advantages on the approaches to the economic growth in the Latin American countries of ALADI. In these countries, despite the difference existing in policies and levels of growth, we find common factors in the developmental phase in which these countries find themselves. Firstly, both the expectations and the repercusions of the liberalization of commerce of agrarian products are analyzed; and, secondly, a review of the process of industrial investiment and services (primarily based on the foreign capital) is carried out. Processes in which the majority of the countries in this Association are found, and where the Spanish participation is relevance.
