| Abstract | The planning as part of the administrative process, allows the taking of opportune decisions and an effective control in the processes of production. The objective of this work is to determine how the planning and control of the cost of production in small manufacturing companies (PE) influences, which facilitate compliance with the delivery times of the finished product. In this research a questionnaire was applied to 30 PE of the food industry. The results obtained were: lack of knowledge and techniques to plan production functions according to the expected sales, there is not enough space for production maneuvers, and there is no need to simplify production systems with a tendency to produce, comply with the delivery of the finished product and Sell it at competitive prices. |
