| Abstract | Getting it right for every child is a national programme that aims to improve outcomes for all children and young people in Scotland. It seeks to do this by providing a framework for all services and agencies working with children and families to deliver a coordinated approach which is appropriate, proportionate and timely. While the Core Components of Getting it right reflect and build on existing good practice across the country, it is also recognised that developments of this breadth and magnitude will necessitate a long-term commitment to changes in systems, practice and professional cultures. |
