| Abstract | In this paper an analysis is made on the levels of performance of the proposal: the nearly- communicative and the meta- communicative, highlighting the elements that characterize each level, the contradictions between both and the way for the solution of them, taking into account the insufficiencies of the educational decision makers that limit their professional development. The didactic model is analyzed using an Andragogycal point of view for the development of organizational communication, which allows a set of main skills to be systematized (listening, observing, asking, expressing) that help the development of communicative competence in the decision makers. |
