Abstract	Resumo O Câncer de Boca e uma das dez neoplasias mais frequentes em todo o mundo, apresentando taxas de incidencia e mortalidade elevadas, sendo um grave problema de saude publica mundial. Logo o objetivo do presente estudo foi analisar e pesquisar sobre a atuacao da enfermagem em pacientes com câncer bucal. Trata-se de uma revisao bibliografica, onde foram coletadas informacoes por meio de livros e levantamento de artigos cientificos nas bases de dados: LILACS, SCIELO, BIREME; alem de documentos do Ministerio da Saude no periodo de 2006 a 2011. Foram selecionados 20 artigos, 3 livros, 1 tese, 1 dissertacao e 5 manuais do Ministerio da Saude para a leitura critica e o levantamento dos dados a serem trabalhados. Ao final da pesquisa concluiu-se que a atuacao da enfermagem em pacientes com câncer bucal desempenha um papel importante na prevencao, diagnostico precoce e conduta clinica dos pacientes com a parceria de outros profissionais de saude. Nursing practice in patients with cancer of mouth Abstract Cancer of mouth is one of the ten most frequent malignancies worldwide, with incidence rates and mortality, is a serious public health problem worldwide. Soon the aim of this study was to analyze and research on nursing activities in patients with oral cancer. This is a literature review, where information was collected through books and survey articles in scientific databases: LILACS, SciELO, BIREME well as documents from the Ministry of Health from 2006 to 2011. We selected 20 articles, 3 books, 1 thesis, dissertation and first five books of the ministry of health held for critical reading and data collection to be worked. At the end of the research concludes that nursing activities in patients with oral cancer plays an important role in prevention, early diagnosis and clinical management of patients with partnership with other health professionals.
