| Abstract | The title of this thesis is: FORMULATION DEVELOPMENT OF A STRATEGIC PLAN FOR THE FARM "HNOS RIVERA" BALSAS CANTON, PROVINCE OF ORO. The overall objective of this research is part of the development of a Strategic Development Plan Rivera for Farm Hnos. Rivera. Belonging to the canton Balsas, Oro Province in order to improve Agricultural production. The methodology used during the development of this work was based on the application of different methods and techniques, among which are the following: inductive method, deductive method and the historical method, it was necessary to resort to the use of techniques such as observation, survey and interview. During the preparation of the Strategic Development Plan for farm Hnos. Rivera, was due to meet the following procedure: First, the internal analysis of the property was made, for which an interview was applied to manager - owner; likewise 256 surveys were applied external customers of the farm and the 9 employees as a result of the completion of the field study could be obtained firsthand sufficient information which identified the main strengths and weaknesses of the company. Secondly proceeded to perform the analysis of external factors to the farm Hnos. Rivera, "to do an analysis of social factors was performed, economic, political and competitive in the middle of that analysis is able to obtain accurate information about the main opportunities and threats for the company. Identification through also both internal and external analysis of the main strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of La Finca, served us as a basis for structuring the SWOT matrix and then the matrix of high impact, which we obtained the development following strategic objectives: Implement commercial and institutional agreements Properly Advertise products and services for the farm Hnos. Rivera. Implementing a marketing office Incorporate plans and programs of Agricultural Production At the end of this paper presents a number of conclusions, among which we note the following: 1 The absence of a Marketing office on the grounds of the farm Hnos. Rivera has limited its final position in the domestic and international market. 2 The estate of "Brothers. Rivera "has a variety of products and services agricultural nature, which are not socialized properly and publicized to the general public so that they can ensure the increased number of customers. 3 The farm of "Hnos. Rivera does not have a proper strategic planning of development that could improve agricultural production thereof and consolidate its presence in the commercial market of the province of El Oro. We note that for each conclusion was reached through the development of this research work their respective recommendation is presented, each of which have been addressed to the senior executives of the Company, and are aimed to ensure the applicability of strategic marketing objectives proposed in this research work. |
