Abstract	espanolEl turismo de reuniones esta teniendo un acelerado crecimiento y los destinos que desean enfo‑ carse a la vocacion turistica, lo han tomado como una posible estrategia de desarrollo. Sin embargo, el turis‑ mo funciona como un sistema en el cual participan diversos actores, a traves de una actividad en especifico. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo la identificacion de los actores involucrados en la gestion del turismo de reuniones en la ciudad de Aguascalientes, (Mexico) y su dinamica relacional. La utilizacion de la teoria de las partes interesadas y la aplicacion del analisis de redes, aportaron bases para analizar y evaluar a los actores implicados en la gestion de este tipo de turismo en el destino y la forma en que se relacionan, permi‑ tiendo identificar el comportamiento que tienen con respecto a la funcion de gestion, el cual repercute en el desarrollo del destino dentro de esta tipologia de turismo. EnglishMeeting tourism is growing fast and destinations that wish to focus on tourism have taken this as a possible development strategy. However, tourism operates as a system in which various actors participate, through a specific activity. The objective of this study was to identify the actors involved in the management of meeting tourism in the city of Aguascalientes, Mexico and their relational dynamic. The use of stakeholder theory and the application of network analysis provided the basis for analyzing and evaluating the actors involved in the management of this type of tourism in the destination and the way in which they are related, allowing the identification of the behavior that they have with respect to the management function, which will have repercussions on the development of the destination within this type of tourism.
