| Abstract | This paper examines the behaviour of spanish’s inflation in 1980-2003 period, from the supply side. The analytical framework used is based on mark-up model, according this model in the long-run the domestic general price level is a mark-up over total unit costs. The cointegration’s approach is used in this work and enables the separation of the long-run and short-run determinants of inflation in spain.
