| Abstract | We studied the effect of long-term (5 and 10 days) cold exposure (4°C) on oxidative damage to proteins and proteosomal activity in the liver of Wistar rats. It was shown that core temperature on the 10th day of cold exposure decreased by 1.1°C. The content of oxidized proteins increased at this term. Chymotrypsin-like and peptidylglutamyl peptide hydrolyzing activities increased, while trypsin-like activity decreased during cold exposure. |
