| Abstract | Investment decision is crucial to family wealth fare. This study aims to examine the effect of financial literacy, financial efficacy and demographic factors on family investment decision in Surabaya. Samples used in this study are 106 investors who have bank accounts and stock. Data collected by questionnaires with purposive sampling technique and convenience sampling technique. Analysis used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis (MRA). The results show that financial literacy and demographic factors have significant positive effect on family investment decision in Surabaya, and financial efficacy has positive effect but not significant on family investment decision in Surabaya.
