| Abstract | Pratama Tax Office Salatiga has implemented Information Systems / Information Technology (IS/IT) in supporting business processes in the organization. However, the current implementation of IS / IT in the organization is still considered not optimal because the Pratama Tax Office Salatiga management has not been able to control the risks arising from the implementation of IS / IT. Therefore, we need a governance maturity assessment of IS / IT in order to determine the readiness of the organization in managing IS / IT, the level of concern of all stakeholders in the organization about the condition of the application of SI / IT today. One IS / IT implemented in Pratama Tax Office Salatiga namely e-SPT (electronic SPT) to facilitate taxpayers in the SPT regularly. In order to assess the maturity of governance IS / IT for e-SPT, it would require a standard, namely framework COBIT 4.1 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) on the domain Deliver and Support (DS) with a focus on support and IT services contained in Pratama Tax Office Salatiga, so it can be seen the extent to which an organization is able to use the e-SPT. The results of an assessment of the maturity level of governance / IT e-SPT can be beneficial and digunakkan by Pratama Tax Office Salatiga in improving services to the community. |
