Abstract	In this thesis project a model of business was developed based on electronic commerce. The “web site for the commercialization of products and services of Novaworld S.A.” was designed with the idea of expanding the company’s market and increasing its portfolio of clients, as well as familiarizing them with the EPS and motivating them to use this noble product and thus to inspire them to find new applications. If we can foment the use of EPS, mainly in the construction area, Ecuador would obtain a saving in the consumption of electrical energy, with the consequent economic benefits not only for the users but also for the Ecuadorian country. In addition, one of the objectives that this thesis will reach is to support the Ecuadorian development, to increase the commerce and the use of the expanded polystyrene, as well as to present the great advantages and qualities of this material.
